Job Title : Customer Happiness Executive - Front Office

Description :
Welcome all visitors with a smile, proper greetings, warmth, and guide them according to their requirements.
Attend to Patient & Customer services.
Monitor appointment confirmations and follow up on missed appointments.
Ensure patient registration and invoicing are completed correctly according to insurance policies and card details (including patient details, insurance card scanning, co-payments, deductibles, and approvals for services requiring prior approval).
Ensure all claims are submitted to the Insurance Department promptly and coordinate to resolve insurance-related issues.
Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.
