BIM Architect

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect to lead the integration of Building Information Modeling BIM into our architectural projects The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture proficiency in BIM software and experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate and efficient digital models Key Responsibilities Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards for architectural projects Create modify and manage 3D models using BIM software Revit ArchiCAD Navisworks Collaborate with architects engineers and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery Coordinate design documentation clash detection and constructability reviews Ensure compliance with project specifications codes and standards Conduct BIM training sessions for team members Monitor project timelines and budgets related to BIM deliverables Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and software advancements Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or related field Proven experience as a BIM Architect or similar role Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD Strong understanding of architectural design construction processes and building codes Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
