In-depth knowledge of construction codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO). Proven experience leading QA / QC teams on large-scale projects. Recognized quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS) preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction quality activities across all disciplines (civil, mechanical, piping, E&I).
- Develop and implement construction quality plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
- Oversee and coordinate with QA / QC teams, contractors, and site inspectors.
- Ensure all construction work meets project specifications and international standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, and manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Support audits, quality reporting, and interface with clients and project management.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior QA / QC personnel.
