Sales Account Manager

Overview

Sales Account Manager – Dubai. Part of the Sales team in the Middle East region with focus on developing the Genetic testing business line. The person will oversee managing the business development and commercial side of the Genetic testing portfolio, visit, convert and deal commercially with potential contacts and customers. Responsibilities

• Target and reach potential clients (IVF centers and doctors, Obs&Gyns, Fetomaternal specialists, select pediatricians, neonatology, neurology, immunology, cardiology, metabolic disorders geneticists, multispecialty hospitals, bio clinics, and others)
• Contact, visit and introduce the company’s products / tests (PGTA, PGTM, WES, Precision Panels and Single Gene analysis, NIPT, etc.) focusing on preimplantation, pre-conception, pre-natal and post-natal reproductive stages
• Keep up-to-date test information and clinical data supplied by the company; interpret, present and discuss this data with contacts and customers during visits, calls and / or presentations
• Develop strong and positive working relationships with contacts and customers and assess their satisfaction with our services
• Meet and exceed sales targets by region, product and other segmentation requested by management
• Follow up on product / tests sales and customer, hospital, and centre requests
• Maintain and keep Salesforce CRM updated
• Plan and organize conferences, events, and activities for clients
• Coordinate with genetic counsellors to arrange counselling sessions for patients with genetic disorders and conditions
• Collaborate with other physicians and biologists to determine the specific genetic tests needed for a patient
