Draft and review non-disclosure agreements and similar legal documentsInitial vetting of basic contracts and preparation of first draft of template-based contractsSupport corporate matters and governance processes and procedures, including trade license renewals / amendments, annual GA meetings, board resolutions and the like. Maintaining and preparing Powers of AttorneySupport routine disputes / litigation with external counsel in coordination with in-house legal teamResearching local lawsPreparing legal reports and updates on legal matters and cases What makes you a good fit Highly effective and fluent communication in English; fluency in Arabic is preferredAbility to translate legal issues into readily understandable and concise assessments. Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, adapt to changing conditions, set appropriate priorities and deliver results efficiently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate within a local and global team environment. Problem solving mindset that requires careful analysis and good judgement.
