Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in joinery and carpentry foreman   / Carpenter Supervisor to join one of our millionaire furniture industry client in Al Ain, UAE . This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship in our projects, which include wardrobes, counters, panels, and other fit-out furniture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wood types, joinery techniques, and finishes, and will be responsible for interpreting architectural and detailed joinery drawings accurately. This position offers a competitive salary of AED 3500, along with accommodation, visa, and medical benefits.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute architectural and detailed joinery drawings with precision.
• Develop cutting lists and manage material control, including veneers, laminates, MDF, solid wood, and hardware specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery, including CNC machines, edge banders, panel saws, and hand tools.
• Lead and motivate a team of carpenters, polishers, and installers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly tasks to meet project timelines efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports and progress updates to project management.
