The candidate must have some experience in a Michelin Star restaurant that excels in fusion cuisine involving Polynesian, pan Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. The hands-on creative chef must have at least 5/7 years experience handling kitchens and creative culinary teams of discerning international restaurants.Bold creativity will be the key for this role. Plated dishes with visual excellence and delectable taste will be the winning streak for this important role for the Beach Club restaurant.
