About the TeamThe LIVE team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 month long internship period. • Support the development of live streaming business across international regions; participate in planning for streamer operations; understand local user preferences in overseas markets; review streamer interview results across multiple regions; and follow up on execution outcomes.
• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of livestreamers.
• Help plan and execute local campaigns to enrich content diversity and enhance overall revenue.
• Assist with strategy development, information consolidation, document translation, and data analysis.
• Develop a strong understanding of streamer and user behavior; help identify user characteristics in overseas markets; propose constructive and exploratory suggestions; drive problem-solving; and contribute to improving user experience.
