Job Position Cyber Security Operations Manager Company Name Aspire Manpower Services Location Abu Dhabi UAE Employment Type Fulltime To lead security operations team and ensure the protection of our digital assets This role is critical to maintaining the integrity confidentiality and availability of our systems and data Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Security Operations Center SOC and incident response team Develop and implement cybersecurity policies procedures and standards Monitor and analyze security events threats and vulnerabilities Coordinate response to security incidents and breaches Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure compliance with security best practices Manage security tools including SIEM SOAR XDR IDS IPS EDR and vulnerability scanners Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Cybersecurity Information Technology or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of ISO NIST CIS Controls and other security frameworks Experience with cloud security Azure AWS network security and endpoint protection Relevant certifications e g CISSP CISM CEH are highly desirable Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills What We Offer Competitive salary Visa Health insurance and annual leave benefits Dynamic and inclusive work environment
