IT Executive IT Officer

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated IT professional with hotel industry experience to join our team The ideal candidate will have handson knowledge of hotel IT systems networks and software ensuring smooth daytoday operations and supporting all departments with technology solutions Key Responsibilities Provide IT support for hotel systems PMS POS backoffice software etc Maintain and troubleshoot hardware software and network issues Ensure data security backups and system updates are in place Support staff with technical assistance and training Coordinate with vendors for ITrelated requirements Maintain IT inventory and documentation Requirements Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field Minimum 2 4 years of IT experience hospitality industry preferred Knowledge of hotel PMS Opera IDS Portal or similar and POS systems Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
