Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware software and networkrelated issues Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for endusers efficiently Install configure and maintain computer systems servers and network devices Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance Coordinate with vendors for hardware software procurement maintenance and support Document IT procedures updates and troubleshooting steps Support IT projects system upgrades and deployments Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s Degree in IT Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support preferably in UAE Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and troubleshooting Familiarity with ERP systems IT security protocols and cloud technologies is a plus Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
