Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Take pride in generating code that is modular, well-documented, and follows best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Take ownership of front-end products, driving its development from inception to completion, and making critical decisions that impact the product's success.
• Gather and prioritise requirements from all stakeholders, define user stories, and provide accurate estimates.
• Work closely with the back-end development team to integrate front-end code with APIs and other services.
• Continuously improve and optimise the user experience, performance, and accessibility of applications.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate them into the products.
• Operate as part of a dedicated engineering team, rapidly iterating development of its collection of proprietary software systems.
• Manage and execute projects from start to finish including requirements building, project management, build and deployment.

Requirements

Qualifications

Strong academics in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a top-tier university.
