Intern, Project Management

Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join our operations in Dubai . In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our projects on track and ensuring seamless communication within the team and with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Track team progress across all deliverables to ensure timelines are met.
• Update and maintain master project trackers, keeping all project information current and accurate.
• Prepare weekly call agendas and supporting materials to ensure productive meetings.
• Take comprehensive meeting notes during both client-facing and internal meetings.
• Draft detailed meeting minutes for distribution and align internally with the team on action items.
• Send internal reminders for deliverables and key milestones, primarily via WhatsApp, to keep everyone on schedule.
