Job Purpose : To manage Infrastructure & DC Transformation Projects.

Experience : 10-14 Years.

Certifications : Mandatory (CAPM / PMP / PRINCE2); Desirable (Agile, Scrum).

Mandatory Trainings Attended : Risk Management, EVM, Project Planners.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver large, complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project management best practices and reuse of knowledge.
• Manage projects that significantly impact the client organization.
• Assess situations with multiple information sources and adapt plans accordingly.
• Handle projects with significant risk, using appropriate methods.
• Deliver projects within service levels, budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Coach, mentor, and line-manage junior project managers.
• Effectively allocate resources and manage change impacts.
• Identify opportunities to expand project scope and optimize costs.

Technical Skills / Competencies :

Mandatory : Knowledge of Project Control Tools, Risk Management, Microsoft Project, Schedule Management, Visio, Project Planning tools, Mindjet Manager or similar.

Industry Knowledge : Data Center Infrastructure, BCP and DRP, OS, DB, Cloud transformation, Transition projects.

Soft Skills :

Maintain professionalism, foster harmonious relationships, participate in self-development, comply with data protection and quality standards, and adhere to policies and procedures.
