Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Odoo ERP solutions in the Middle East.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing contacts and networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the software or ERP industry.
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP and its applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Established network of contacts in the UAE business community.
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
