Fluting Operator

Location UAE Responsibilities Operating the fluting machine to grind grooves or corrugations into the surface of rollers Setting up and adjusting the machine to ensure that the grooves are cut to the correct depth and spacing Monitoring the machine during operation to ensure that it is functioning properly and making adjustments as needed Maintaining the machine by performing routine cleaning lubrication and repairs Keeping accurate records of machine maintenance and production output Qualifications Requirements High school Diploma or equivalent is usually required Previous experience operating Fluting machines or machinery preferably in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred Mechanical skills A good understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs is essential
