Senior Estimation Engineer - Facade

We are seeking an experienced professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of estimating processes within the façade sector. In this role, you will lead the estimation efforts for façade projects, providing accurate and competitive cost assessments to support project bidding and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for façade projects, taking into account materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scopes of work to prepare comprehensive bids.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and suppliers to gather necessary data for estimation.
• Prepare and present bid proposals to senior management and clients.
• Identify and assess risks associated with project pricing and execution.
• Mentor junior estimation team members and contribute to their professional development.
• Stay informed on market trends and material costs to ensure competitive bidding.
