Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation, butchering, and presentation of meats in accordance with the resort's culinary standards.
- Work under the supervision of the Head Butcher or Chef de Partie to ensure that all meat products are of the highest quality and properly stored.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the butcher section, including adhering to food safety procedures.
- Support the team in food preparation and ensure accurate portion control.
- Participate in the inventory management of meat supplies, and report any discrepancies to the senior kitchen staff.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Requirements
