Job Description
We are currently looking for a Freelance Lead Auditor and Tutor to conduct external audits and trainings on behalf of SGS.
- Conduct external audits in accordance with QHSE standards.
- Evaluate compliance with QHSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement; prepare detailed audit reports.
- Submit audit reports on completion of audits.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards and industry best practices.
As a Tutor / Trainer :
Deliver training courses on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and auditing techniques.Develop training materials, case studies, and assessments.Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.Stay current with changes in standards and update training content accordingly.Qualifications
Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (IRCA or equivalent).Recognized teaching or training qualification (, Train the Trainer, Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety).Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE auditing.At least 2 years of experience in delivering professional training or tutoring.Strong industrial working experience in different sectors.Excellent working knowledge of management systems, standards and compliance / auditing techniquesEffective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levelsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems and auditing principles.Analytical and detail-oriented with strong report-writing abilities.Proficient in using audit and training management software.
