Role Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning Optimal provision, planning and deployment of expertise and skills, for both current/future demand, to meet TTV, commercial and customer expectations Translates Keyloop strategy into an actionable plan to ensure optimal provision of highly valued skilled resources, to meet business objectives Develops (alongside other functions) the successful leverage of various skills pool venues, to ensure immediate and future business needs are optimally met Applies appropriate measures for individual/team results and skills development and retention Ensure compliance with the legal requirements for associates as per specific requirements Alignment, collaboration, and execution of delivery as agreed with PS Ops, Transformation, Delivery Risk Works with leadership team to ensure clear communication of strategy, targets, and results/progress
• Results Accountability Lead team(s) comprising of expert Consultant staff to deliver services that meet commercial Corp/Functional objectives and goals Manages performance of teams against plan/budget and supports accurate revenue forecasting KPI’s focus and adherence (billability, utilization, rework, CSI, project profitability etc.) Sets high standards of performance for self & others in delivering results and meeting commercial targets Encourages and rewards innovative problem solving Drives results through planning and measurable objectives Uses data to make decisions to drive the business Clearly articulates challenges/opportunities in meeting/exceeding set objectives Provides quality reporting and updates on progress vs targets to key stake holders
