Job Title : Junior Developer

Design, build, and maintain user-facing products and backend services in Python, guide teams, and improve systems. Requires a bachelor's in CS, 3+ years in software development, FastAPI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build user-facing products : Owning the entire process from gathering functional requirements from teams, through testing and staging, to deploying in a Python-based stack.
• Guide the team in making technical trade-offs : Proactively identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and put forth a plan to course-correct.
• Design and implement maintainable backend services : Including data processing pipelines, APIs, and internal tools. Adding new features and improving the functionality of existing systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams : To understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
