Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated manager to join our Data Strategy and Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data strategy, data governance, and analytics, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making processes within organizations. This role involves leading complex projects, working closely with clients to develop and implement data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Data Strategy Development : Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data strategies that align with clients' business objectives. Conduct assessments of current data capabilities and provide actionable insights to enhance data-driven decision-making. Develop roadmaps for data management, analytics, and governance initiatives.
• Data Governance : Establish and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security. Define and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data regulations and industry standards.
• Client Consulting : Work closely with clients to understand their data challenges and provide tailored consulting solutions. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on data governance best practices. Lead client engagements, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-quality consulting services.
• Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Thought Leadership : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, upcoming regional and global data regulations, and best practices in data management and governance. Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts and effectively enable them to grow.
