Quality Assurance Testing : Lead and execute QA testing for the SAP SuccessFactors migration project, ensuring all functionalities, including HCM modules, are thoroughly tested.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and ensure all user requirements for HCM modules are met.
Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand project goals and ensure quality standards are met, particularly for HCM modules.
Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and QA processes, with a focus on HCM modules.
Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify areas for improvement in the QA process and implement best practices, especially for HCM module testing.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Testing : Lead and execute QA testing for the SAP SuccessFactors migration project, ensuring all functionalities, including HCM modules, are thoroughly tested.

Test Planning : Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications, with a focus on HCM modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with a focus on SAP and / or SAP SuccessFactors projects, including HCM modules.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.

Knowledge : Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning etc.) and data migration processes.

Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

Project Management : Experience in managing QA activities within large-scale migration projects.

Certifications : SAP certifications in SuccessFactors HCM modules or related areas are a plus.

Tools : Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, Xray, Opkey, Selenieum or similar.

Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
