We are seeking a Studio Manager – Fitness & Wellness to join one of our client’s dynamic operations in Sharjah. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated fresher who is passionate about health, wellness, and operations management. As the Studio Manager, you will be the face of the fitness studio—ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional member experiences, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities of Studio Manager – Fitness & Wellness

Oversee the daily operations of the fitness & wellness studio.

Greet and engage with clients to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Coordinate class schedules, instructor assignments, and studio events.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the studio equipment and space.

Monitor membership activities and assist in membership retention strategies.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Support promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and brand engagement.

Collaborate with trainers, wellness experts, and support staff for smooth coordination

Qualification Required for Studio Manager – Fitness & Wellness

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

Fresh graduates with a passion for fitness and wellness are encouraged to apply.
