Responsibilities Provide firstlevel support for hardware software and network issues Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals Assist users with software applications and system updates Monitor system performance and security Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and upgrades Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed Requirements Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles Knowledge of Windows macOS and network troubleshooting Familiarity with common office software and collaboration tools Excellent problemsolving and communication skills Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or equivalent are preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
