Job Summary :
We are urgently hiring a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Grants Management Team for a period of three months. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, highly organized, and experienced in administrative and coordination tasks within a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Grants Management Team
- Assist in preparing, editing, and proofreading documents and reports
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Track and maintain records, files, and documentation related to grants
- Assist in compiling data for reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
- Ensure timely follow-ups and execution of team tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Key Requirements :
Bachelors degree in business administration or a relevant fieldBilingual Fluent in both English and Arabic (reading and writing)Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environmentStrong business and reporting experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skill
