الوصف الوظيفيBasic knowledge of industrial automation systems (PLCs, sensors, actuators, HMIs, SCADA). Understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, and wiring standards . Familiarity with programming software (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, RSLogix, or similar). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics . Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering preferred. Team player and good communication skills. Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies. About the Role - Preferred for Immediate joiners :
The Automation Installation Support Assistant provides hands-on support to engineers and technicians in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial automation systems. This role ensures that automated equipment is installed correctly, tested efficiently, and maintained to optimize production processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation equipment and systems.
- Support engineers in programming, troubleshooting, and testing PLCs (e.g., Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley) and HMI / SCADA interfaces.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automated machinery.
- Help with wiring, cabling, and sensor integration.
- Maintain technical documentation, logs, and reports for automation systems.
- Assist in training operators on the correct use of automated equipment.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time production environments.
