Role Purpose

What this role is about

As Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing , youll lead the design and execution of integrated marketing strategies tailored to our travel e-sim Virgin Connect Roam. This is a global role overseeing initiatives for a product thats available across more than 190 countries, where your work will directly shape how customers engage with our brands. Youll blend local execution with regional alignment to build demand, drive acquisition and strengthen market presence worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy for a global audience across brand, acquisition and lifecycle initiatives.
• Partner with group brand, digital and commercial teams to ensure local campaigns are aligned with global strategic priorities.
• Oversee 360 campaign execution across ATL, BTL, digital, retail and owned media environments.
• Manage and coordinate with creative agencies, media buyers and production vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Serve as a bridge between the commercial and brand teams, ensuring that business objectives are reflected in marketing plans and positioning.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance and optimize based on consumer insights and learnings.
• Provide leadership to agency and internal marketing team members, creating clarity, accountability and collaboration.
• Support cross-market knowledge sharing, contribute to shared campaign frameworks and help scale regional best practices.
