E&C Solutions Architect

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Architect / Solutions Marketeer to lead the design and development of advanced control systems and electronics for HVAC&R applications. You will combine deep technical expertise with market insight, ensuring our solutions deliver on performance, efficiency, connectivity, and compliance across product platforms. You will bridge engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and support to align teams on business goals and project timelines.

You will be responsible for developing scalable architectures for electronic controllers and mechanical control systems, translating complex technical requirements into market-ready solutions while ensuring compliance with key regulatory, safety, and efficiency standards such as ASHRAE, AHRI, UL, and CE.

You will engage with customers and markets, collaborating with end users, OEMs, contractors, and distributors to understand system control requirements and showcase the benefits of our solutions. As a technical ambassador, you will deliver presentations, lead demonstrations, and represent the company at industry events, supporting marketing teams in defining strong customer value propositions.

Innovation will be another cornerstone of your role. You will explore opportunities to integrate IoT, connectivity, and energy efficiency improvements into controllers and system designs, monitor emerging technologies and competitor offerings, and contribute to technology roadmaps and proof-of-concept projects.

To support marketing and enablement, you will develop technical content such as white papers, case studies, and training materials, while ensuring the technical accuracy of marketing collateral. You will train internal teams and external partners to deliver the best solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable architectures for electronic controllers and mechanical control systems for HVAC&R applications.
• Translate complex technical requirements into market-ready solutions while ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, AHRI, UL, and CE standards.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and support to align on business goals, timelines, and resources.
• Engage with end users, OEMs, contractors, and distributors to understand control requirements and demonstrate solution benefits.
• Deliver presentations, lead demonstrations, and represent the company at industry events.
• Collaborate with marketing to define strong customer value propositions and develop compelling technical content.
• Explore IoT, connectivity, and energy efficiency enhancements; monitor technologies and competitors to guide product differentiation.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and proof-of-concept projects validating next-generation solutions.
• Provide training to internal teams and external partners on solutions and technical content.
