Responsibilities Manage endtoend recruitment process specifically for real estate roles Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Prepare employment contracts offer letters and onboarding materials Handle visa processing renewals and other PROrelated tasks Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daytoday operations Support management with HR policies performance evaluations and employee engagement Manage CRM system Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment within the real estate sector Working knowledge of CRM systems real estate CRMs preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes Excellent communication in English Arabic is a plus Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
