Responsibilities Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring top talent Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals for candidate sourcing Conduct background checks reference verification and salary negotiations Maintain recruitment metrics generate reports and provide insights to management Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Stay updated with industry trends best practices and labor laws Requirements Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist preferably in senior or lead roles Strong knowledge of recruitment tools job boards and sourcing techniques Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines Familiarity with HR software applicant tracking systems ATS and databases Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements Strategic thinking and problemsolving ability
