We are looking for a Contract Administrator with 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the construction industry. You will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, mitigating risks, and handling contract-related correspondence and notices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and issue formal notices (e.g., notice of default, claim, extension).
- Respond to contract-related correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract performance.
- Manage complex contracts for large-scale construction projects.
- Maintain records of all contract documentation.
- Assist in dispute resolution and contract claims.
Qualifications :
