Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the cosmetics or perfume industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of operational logistics, including international shipments, warehouse management, and customs procedures. Experience with freezone operations and warehouse systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Logistics Management

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for inbound and outbound international shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all Incoterms and coordinate with shippers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage and process duty exemptions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Handle Letters of Credit (LC), including document preparation, submission, and liaison with financial institutions.
• Ensure efficient cargo clearance by preparing and reviewing all required customs documentation, following up with authorities, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current customs regulations and procedures.
