Overview

A client of Melbury Wood is seeking a Senior Specialist in IPOs, IR and financial communications to join a well-respected business in the UAE. You will act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and executives, guiding them on strategic positioning and investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy for major IPOs and other market-defining transactions.
• Advise C-suite leaders on capital markets communication, investor engagement, and executive positioning.
• Shape messaging and positioning for executives across global markets.
• Manage and enhance relationships with international media, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.
• 15+ years of proven experience in financial communications, investor relations, and IPO advisory.
• Track record of working directly with C-suite executives on high-profile, complex transactions.
• Expertise in international media relations and reputation management.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure in fast-moving markets.
