Our client is currently hiring for the position Corporate Sales executive.
Key Responsibilities:
.Build strong relationships with all types of customers.
. Handling Live Chat, WhatsApp, Offline/Set-up Messages, Social Media Messages and Queries in most professional and efficient manner .
. Proficient reception of new requests, order modifications, complaints by the respective clients.
. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and promotes companies’ services
. Attendance of meetings with the clients and presentation of current offers.
. Negotiating Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Contract for PRO, Admin, Bookkeeping and
Accounting with prospect clients.
. Working with operations team, finance team, managers, marketing team, and team
members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all client needs met.
