Overview
Commissioning Lead - Sales Gas & Condensate with onshore site experience in MEGA EPC projects. Based in Abu Dhabi for PMC project.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to the commissioning team, EPC contractor, and sub-contractors within area of responsibility.
- Coordinate with licensors and vendors to ensure commissioning activities align with their procedures and requirements.
- Manage progress of commissioning activities for the sales gas and condensate area.
- Review pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures; provide advice and support to the Sr. Commissioning Manager.
- Review commissioning manuals issued by EPC contractors or vendors.
- Verify mechanical completion certificate requirements for various systems and subsystems.
- Participate in commissioning meetings and related meetings; engage in troubleshooting analyses to resolve obstacles.
- Verify readiness of systems / subsystems for MC and RFSU certificates issuance.
- Monitor and approve close-out of punch lists in area of responsibility.
- Ensure completion and handover methodology proceeds in compliance with related contractual documents.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MUST).Minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience in commissioning / operational readiness, with preference for GCC region.At least five (5) years in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects; preference for commissioning sour gas, hydrogen production, or hydro-desulfurization projects.Job Details
