Job Summary : Affiniax Partners is hiring for their client based in Dubai. The primary focus of this role is ensuring smooth administrative operations and compliance within the company. This role involves managing legal and corporate documentation, coordinating with banks and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Board Members in administrative and logistical matters.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of corporate reports and presentations.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials.
- Manage the company's official records including corporate filings and legal documents.
- Manage legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and shareholder resolutions.
- Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Handle KYC processes for clients, investors, and partners.
- Address shareholder queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Role Objectives
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.2-4 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial or administrative role.Previous experience in an investment firm or similar business setup is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
