Our client is looking for a Project Director to lead a major Data Centre development project across the UK & Europe. This flagship project will run indefinitely and is a great opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting, high-growth sectors in construction and engineering.

Key responsibilities for this Project Director role
Reporting into the Regional Director / Sector LeadFull P&L responsibility for the delivery of the data centre programmeLeading a multidisciplinary team including Project Managers, Design Managers, and Commercial ManagersOverseeing project budgets, risk management, and ensuring delivery against client KPIsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contactDriving best practice in health & safety, sustainability, and quality across the project lifecycleIdentifying opportunities for innovation and value engineeringExperience required for this Project Director role
Proven experience delivering large-scale data centres or mission-critical facilities (hyperscale experience highly desirable)Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large, complex projects from inception to completionExcellent commercial acumen and contract management experience (NEC, JCT or FIDIC knowledge preferred)Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, ICE or similar) is highly desirableAbility to engage with multiple stakeholders including end clients, design teams, and supply chain partners#J-18808-Ljbffr
