Data Entry Officer

Tamween Solutions is looking for a detailoriented Data Entry Officer to efficiently manage order processing and customer data This role plays a vital part in ensuring that customer orders stock records and reports are accurate and uptodate supporting smooth daily operations Key Responsibilities Process and record customer orders accurately in CRM and WMS systems Update SKU details and maintain precise customer data records Coordinate closely with the sales warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and ontime fulfillment Generate and maintain daily and weekly reports in Excel including data on orders returns and OTIF OnTime InFull performance Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly while maintaining high data accuracy standards Requirements 2 4 years of relevant experience in data entry order management or customer service Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software strong data management skills Excellent communication abilities in English
