Area Process Construction Lead Services

We are looking for an Area Process Construction Lead Services for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Basrah, IRAQ

Start Date: December 2025

Contract Duration: 24 months, extendable

Work Status: Rotational 4 weeks ON and 4 weeks OFF

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry with significant experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple interfaces effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Team player with ability to work cross functionally with complex project teams and act as an interface between interdisciplinary departments and within an international team.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (Oral and written), Arabic is a plus
• Support and enforce project guidelines and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) objectives.
• Responsible for HSE under his perimeter/Package.
• Attend HSE meetings and training when necessary.
• Participate in or lead Job Safety Analysis, make suggestions, stop dangerous situations, and report anomalies, accidents, and incidents.
