Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for designing implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency quality and safety The role involves analyzing production workflows troubleshooting process issues and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance overall operational performance Key Responsibilities Develop evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and quality Analyze process data and conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues Implement process control strategies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with design production and quality teams to optimize product manufacturing Document process modifications and maintain process documentation Conduct process capability studies and prepare reports for management Support new product launches and scaleup activities Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiencies Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Industrial Chemical Engineering or related field Proven experience in process engineering manufacturing or industrial engineering Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Knowledge of process simulation and improvement tools e g Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and automation Excellent communication and teamwork skills
