Job Purpose
Lead the wealth management sales function for Treasury products, driving penetration of investment and structured solutions across affluent and high-net-worth segments in collaboration with Relationship Managers.
Key Result Areas
- Define and implement sales strategies for products such as structured deposits, FX-linked investments, and fixed-income notes.
- Manage and coach Wealth Sales specialists supporting Relationship Managers.
- Coordinate with product, trading, and marketing teams on campaigns and pricing.
- Ensure adherence to suitability, product-governance, and conduct-risk requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, client satisfaction and portfolio outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
12+ years’ experience in wealth or investment product sales.Deep understanding of structured and investment products for retail and wealth clients.Strong leadership and coaching skills.Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
