Overview
The Role
We are looking for a Retail Solution Sales Manager to lead sales across the GCC, Africa, Caucasus, and Central Asia . Based in Dubai, you will play a key role in expanding SoluM’s retail footprint and driving business performance across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve 2026+ revenue goals
- Drive business development through direct engagement and partnerships
- Collaborate with SI partners and deliver technical sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships
- Work cross-functionally with HQ and regional teams to ensure project success
Qualifications
Proven retail solution sales experience (preferably ESL, signage, IoT)Experience in SI projects and technical / solution salesStrong track record of driving sales growth in regional marketsFluent in English (MUST) , proficiency in Arabic (highly preferred)Ability to travel across GCC, Africa, Caucasus, and Central AsiaWhy Join SoluM?
