Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for a Bell Attendant at a luxury resort located along the beautiful Red Sea. As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their accommodations
- Provide information on resort amenities, activities, and local attractions
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms as requested
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas
- Handle guests’ requests and concerns promptly and professionally
The Bell Attendant will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing high-quality service and ensuring that guests feel valued and welcomed throughout their stay.
Requirements
