We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Trainee Pharma Executive to join our team The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training in pharmaceutical products sales techniques and industry regulations with the goal of becoming a proficient Pharma Sales Executive Key Responsibilities Assist senior Pharma Executives in promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions Gain indepth knowledge of the companys product portfolio Understand and adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards Support in preparing sales presentations and product documentation Participate in training sessions to develop sales and communication skills Maintain and update customer records and followup schedules Attend meetings and contribute to team discussions Shadow experienced team members to learn sales techniques and product details Qualifications Skills Bachelors degree in Pharmacy B Pharm Pharmaceutical Sciences Chemistry or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and develop sales and technical knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills MS Office CRM tools
