Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager – Calling & Chat Experience to own and optimize Botim’s voice, video, and messaging features . This role will focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and engaging communication experiences, using data-driven prioritization to drive improvements that enhance user satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Calling & Chat Experience - Define and execute the product strategy for voice, video, and chat features.
- Monitor communication performance metrics (e.g., call drop rate, latency, message delivery success, time-to-send) and translate them into product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and QA teams to ship enhancements that improve end-to-end calling and messaging experiences.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from user research, app store reviews, and customer support to identify and resolve pain points.
- Make clear prioritization decisions balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact .
- Feature Development & Prioritization
- Drive discovery, definition, and delivery of new communication features, from ideation to launch.
- Use analytics and A / B testing to validate hypotheses and measure feature impact on calling and chat KPIs.
- Maintain a transparent, prioritized roadmap aligned with Botim’s strategic goals.
- Ensure smooth rollout of new features through effective handover to marketing, support, and operations teams.
Requirements
3–6 years of product management experience , preferably in consumer mobile products; VoIP or messaging experience is a plus.Strong data-driven mindset , skilled in using analytics for prioritization and decision-making.Proven execution excellence , able to break complex problems into actionable steps.Strong user empathy and passion for delivering seamless communication experiences.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .Technical fluency to engage with engineers on trade-offs, architecture, and performance considerations.Nice-to-Haves
Experience working on communication or collaboration tools .Familiarity with VoIP protocols, codecs, network optimization, and messaging architectures .Hands-on experience with growth experiments (e.g., onboarding optimization, feature adoption prompts, retention mechanics).Why Join Botim?
