Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the project life cycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare project budgets, timelines, and reports for senior management.
  • Oversee procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Good working knowledge in tools such as Primavera P6 , MS Project , AutoCAD , Procore , SAP , or Oracle .

Role

  • Location : Dubai, UAE.
  • Experience : 20+ years.
  • Educational Qualification : B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical or Civil or related fields or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Relocation Requirement : The selected candidate will be expected to relocate to Dubai and work onsite for a minimum of 2-3 years after joining the role.

    • Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including :

    • Primavera P6

  • MS Project
  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, including :

    • AutoCAD

  • Familiarity with project collaboration and management tools, including :

    • Procore

  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including :

    • SAP

  • Oracle
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, including :

    • Agile

  • Waterfall
  • Hybrid
