Responsibilities

Review project needs and source the right materials and services
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate best terms and prices
Track market trends to make smart, cost-effective purchases
Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with internal policies
Align procurement schedules with project timelines
Keep detailed records of procurement activity and supplier performance

Requirements

Solid knowledge of construction materials and industry standards

Proven experience in procurement within the construction sector

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Fluency in English

Driver’s license required (own car is a plus)
