Job Objective

To drive sales performance and maximize revenue by executing real estate sales transactions, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role’s scope and responsibilities expand based on experience and seniority, from supporting sales initiatives to independently managing high-value clients and international portfolios.

Responsibilities

• All levels (core responsibilities) : Manage and convert incoming leads into successful transactions as per the approved sales plan.

• All levels (core responsibilities) : Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
