Senior Project Manager Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Project Managers across the full EPC lifecycle Drive project planning execution risk management cost control and reporting Oversee engineering procurement and construction activities Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual and regulatory standards Foster strong client regulatory and stakeholder relationships Monitor KPIs lead scope change management and resolve commercial disputes Develop and mentor project engineers and junior managers Mandatory Requirements 15 years of experience in large scale Oil Gas with EPC contractors Expertise in cost control scheduling risk mitigation and quality systems Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Indepth knowledge of international HSE and compliance standards Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project interfaces
